scribble challenge week3

scribble challenge week3

My submission to Lisa Spangler’s challenge this week.. i create a happy swing card..  (actually it’s inspired by Lucy’s baby card on HA blog) i love her beads string hanging on the baby girl’s stamp.. 🙂 This idea came in my dream (really i dreamt about this card on my way to office) heehee! Create the swing using part of ice cream stick colored with Tea dye distress ink, and stamped the squirrel with my jet black StazOn then i colored it using Copic (i love Lisa’s video in HA blog: copic tutorial) and can’t wait any longer to start practise it.. I create the tree using designer woodgrain stamped using mixed of my brownie inks, then just cut it out, add the branch and use the leaves from share laughter stamp to create the tree’s leave.. one stamped directly to my card and the other stamped on the PP and add the foaming tape to create a 3D image. For background i used cloud stamped with versamagic blue and cutting my PP to create the grasses with some distresses at the edge.. Then i stamp the sentiment on the grass “enjoy every moment” and add the butterfly & her trail i made it “L” specially to Lucy.. 🙂 I hope you could enjoy every moment until your big day come Lucy.. Punch the scallop oval using Marvy Uchida puncher and start hanging the swing squirrel using clear string add some beads on it.. this is the hardest part.. but i did it.. 😉 it so nice to see him swing.. make me laugh.. 😀
